Returns and exchanges are only available with prior approval. Please email us to initiate a refund or exchange.

Returns

Any and all returns without prior approval will be rejected and not eligible for store credit.

Eligible returns must be unused and in the original condition and packaging. Once a return is received, it will be inspected for any damage and you will receive an email from us stating whether or not the return was accepted. Store credit is the only form of return we offer at this time.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

 

Exchanges

Since we are a small boutique with very limited inventory on each item, exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items. Please email us if an exchange is needed. If an exchange is authorized, it is only good for the same item.
